The Property is totally private, immaculate inside and out and has a lovely centralised Pool area with outside shower which lies up the steps from the courtyard. All dwellings have been exceptionally maintained and all are South facing except for apartment 1 which is on the ground floor and is East facing. The property offers FREE WIFI which can be accessed in all dwellings and from the pool area. There are also flat screen TV’s in each property. The entrance to the property is via a wrought iron gate which is kept locked and accessed by the guests own key giving added security, this leads into the foyer and very pretty courtyard area.

Each property is very well furnished with granite kitchen work benches, master bedroom with fitted wardrobes & draws, full length mirror/hairdryers and ensuite bath/shower room ( the casita villa has separate downstairs shower room ) and offer full self catering facilities all with their own private balcony. ( Apt 1 has private patio area ) all have their own outside furniture and lighting and 3 of the properties have wood burning stoves for the cooler evenings, we offer portable gas heaters in the other two properties.

Nearest Beach: San Luis de Sabinillas - 30 minutes drive. Here also lies the lovely up market Marina of Puerto de la Duquesa which has an 18 hole golf course an array of bars and beach bars, restaurants and shops as well as the magnificent yachts and cruisers that are moored there.

Estapona is a 40 minute drive away which also has a lovely marina and is great for shopping.

The beautiful city of Ronda is a 35 minute drive while Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 50 minute drive away

The property sits below the Castillo and is situated in one of the oldest streets in Gaucin and is just a 3 minute walk to the town centre and Santo Nino Plaza where you will find an array of tapas bars and restaurants from family dining to the romantic, many offering fantastic views. Gaucin has many services which include, banks, petrol station, 3 good supermarkets and 6 smaller ones. Pharmacy, Medical centre, paper shop, flower shop, hairdressers, hardware and gardening shop to name a few. Gaucin Train Station is situated in El Colmenar 9 Km away which gives you direct access to Algeciras, Ronda, Malaga & Granada.

Expansion Potential:
A bar could be located on the upper terrace from the Pool area which offers lovely views to the mountains and castle.
If living on the premises this does offer scope for a continental breakfast service which we have been asked for in the past. When the complex is full we have also offered Paella Night's including wine & Sangria that we have served in the courtyard area, this has created a great 'party' atmosphere and went down very well with guests.
Competition / Market:
There are various self catering large villa's or finca's for rent and one other apartment complex in Gaucin but we feel that we are competitively priced and can offer the holidaymaker the flexibility to rent individual self catering units or the whole complex if it is a group booking while retaining privacy of their own apartment.

Trading hours:
Hours are as required including the meet and greet of guests at the property. We also do a tour of Gaucin with our guests if required so they can familiarise themselves with the village and also offer a quick shopping service before their arrival in case they get here during siesta or one of the many public holidays. We do all our own laundry although there is a laundrette and dry cleaners in Gaucin. We also do all our own cleaning and general maintenance of the property & pool. ( although there are many qualified people in the village which offer these services.)
Bookings come directly from the web sites we are registered with (which is 3 at present) and we have bookings through until October this year ( 2012 ).
Our minimum stay is 2 nights but in the Casa Villa it is 3 nights. Should the whole complex be booked out then the minimum stay is 1 Week. We also offer the property to long lets.( We just recently had keen cyclists in for 8 weeks)
If you are looking for flexibility then this is a great business as it does allow you time away.
